Damaged or defective orders

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email us at contact@laboutiqueactiviste.com with:

your order number,
a clear photo of the product you received,
and a brief description of the issue.

We will then offer you:

a free replacement, or
a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Non-returnable items

Because our products are shipped directly from our logistics partners and for environmental reasons, we do not accept physical returns except in cases of error or defect.

This helps us reduce transport-related carbon emissions and minimise waste.

Free exchanges

If you would like a different product such as another colour or size, we offer a free exchange with no return fees.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping in Canada on orders over $100

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada. For carts under $100, shipping costs $12.

Each order is carefully processed and shipped by our international logistics partners.

Processing and shipping times

Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process.

Delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the region and product. The bamboo toothbrush is the exception and takes between 10 and 25 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Package tracking

You can track your package in real time using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Refund Policy

Refunds if approved

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the same payment method used for your purchase, such as your bank card or PayPal.

Processing times depend on your financial institution and usually take around 5 to 10 business days.

The Activism in Heels Movement is a community of people who believe that activism begins in everyday life.

You do not need to march in the streets to make a difference. We take action through our choices: on our plates, in our wardrobes, and in our shopping carts.

Being an everyday activist means:

eating vegan to reduce animal suffering and our impact on the climate,

adopting zero waste habits to reject throwaway culture by using biodegradable plastic only, or no plastic at all,

consuming ethically to support artisans, responsible brands, and fairly treated workers,

being eco-friendly every day: taking public transit or cycling, and composting.

This is not about living a perfect lifestyle. It is about making conscious choices.

Every action matters. Every choice matters.

Les Chevaliers en Carton is the world’s first participatory NGO.

Every month, 5% of our net profits are redistributed to 10 impact organisations, chosen by public vote according to the theme of the month: social justice, the environment, health, equality, and more.

We believe that together, our choices can change the world.

Here, generosity is democratic, transparent, and sustainable.
